Finish:

If you ask for a sketch, I will render it in pencil
on paper.
A lineart is very clean, inked, black and white lines.
These are ideal for coloring. Be sure to check the different
'inking' techniques I have on offer.
Base colors are blocks of color being added,
into lineart. They are not shaded.
Cel shading will result in anime or cartoon style
shading, with cleanly defined, unrealistic shadows.
Airbrush shading is more photorealistic, with softer
interaction between light and shade.

Inking:

Manga (pen) inking is my USUAL technique, and
creates a more natural line
.
Digital comic inking is similar to manga inking, but
creates a different atmosphere.
Anime inking can create very fine lines. These can
be used to give the effect of a television shot.

Background:

Sketched backgrounds are rendered on paper with
pencil.
A background can be finished in lineart. A lineart is
very clean, inked, black and white lines. Check the different
'inking' techniques I have on offer.
Backgrounds can be cel-shaded, much like characters
are.
Airbrush shading is more photorealistic, with softer
interaction between light and shade. A background done in
airbrushing will be lineless (unless otherwise requested)

Extra:

I can add a comic book style to an image if it is cel
shaded or airbrush shaded.
Manga shading (tones, solid black and white) are an
option. They are the same as 'base colors'.
